Dr. Paul Bonicelli was named vice president for academic affairs April 22 after an eight-month search. President Sloan said the provost search committee was unanimous in their recommendation to name Bonicelli provost.
Bonicelli is currently the assistant administrator for Latin America and the Caribbean in the United States Agency for International Development.
