As someone who likes to cook and who is also a member of the Alliance Francaise d'Austin, I ordered the book today from Amazon! I'm very excited to get it to try some of the French recipes while also reducing my cholesterol! Tres magnifique that you wrote a book!

I am amazed at the quality of Chef Braux's book recipes. As a German "meat & potatoes" guy and a chef who is passionate about his rich Bavarian/Austrian culinary heritage, I find myself inspired by Alain's book to change some of my ways. Not all. Some. ;-)
