I totally agree with the top comment. I don't think the government should ban anything that people do on a regular basis, like cigarettes and alcohol. If those stores strictly enforce their "no one under 18 is allowed in here" rule, then it shouldn't make a difference what they can and can't sell.

i agree totally with what was stated in the video how is it that they want to lower the drinking age so that kids can legally get drunk before they leave for the military but flavored cigarettes have to be banned.. What is our government thinking now they are trying to control what we are taking into our body's. Next they will be declaring that red meat is hazardous to our health and ban it to.. although it isn't particularly healthy it is our right as humans.. NO Americans to make our OWN life decisions. Instead of banning cigarettes they should be focusing on feeding the needy, helping them or keeping drug dealers from recruiting children to sell their dope for them..it all seems a little frivolous for the government to ban anything they choose how about you take a vote with the American people then let us decide...-CherBear
